Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, here is our return and refund process:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Sarees must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
• We do not accept returns for sarees that have had the blouse piece cut or fall/piquing done.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please write to us at support@nanditanandini.in with your order number and details of the product. Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
